THE R.A.R.E. PROJECT BLOG TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY THESE TERMS OF USE BEFORE READING, COMMENTING ON, DOWNLOADING, COPYING, REPRODUCING, ALTERING MATERIALS OF ANY KIND, SUBSCRIBING TO, AND LINKING TO (COLLECTIVELY “USING”) THIS BLOG. USING THIS BLOG INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BLOG.

Introduction. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to you when you view, access or otherwise use the Blog located at www.crdnetwork.org (the “Blog”) [Nicole – list all addresses by which the Blog is accessed]. The Blog is owned by The R.A.R.E. Project (“R.A.R.E.”). We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access, use and display the Blog and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. “You” or “Commenter” means any entity identified by its comments, e-mail, registration information or IP address. If You use this Blog on behalf of your employer, organization or company, they shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy. When You access the Blog, R.A.R.E. is automatically notified and receives IP, e-mail and other identifying information pertaining to You. This information is not being sold or used for other commercial purposes. If you have concerns with the way this information is used, please contact R.A.R.E. directly. Removal of all personal information will result in the removal of any content You might have contributed to this Blog, including comments.

Blog Content. All the contents of the Blog constitute the opinion of, or information provided by, the Commenter(s) and them alone; they do not represent advice given by, or the views and opinions of The R.A.R.E. Project, its employees, partners or members, nor of organizations, businesses or institutions that R.A.R.E. is affiliated with. Copyright Notification. The R.A.R.E. Project respects the intellectual property rights of others. By submitting a Notice of Infringement, you acknowledge and agree that The R.A.R.E. Project may forward your Notice of Infringement and any related communications to any users who posted the material identified in such notice.

Please do not send notices or inquiries unrelated to alleged copyright infringement to R.A.R.E.’s designated agent.

Commercial Use of R.A.R.E. Blog Materials and Screen Shots. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of materials on the R.A.R.E. Blog for commercial purposes is prohibited without the express written permission of The R.A.R.E. Project. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of material on this Blog which constitutes the personal information, property, or photograph or other depiction of any particular R.A.R.E. officer, director or employee may also be subject to state and federal privacy and other laws requiring the specific written consent of the individual. Applicable Laws; Venue. R.A.R.E. operates the Blog from its offices in California and makes no representations that materials in the Blog are appropriate or available for use in other locations. The display of the Blog alone does not subject R.A.R.E. to any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Blog from any territory where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Blog from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You may not use or export any of the Blog materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. Any claim related to the use of the Blog or to the Blog materials shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California as applied to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein. Any action arising out of or related to the access, use, content, or existence of this Blog shall be filed only in the appropriate state or federal court located within the State of California. The access, viewing or use of this Blog constitutes the user’s express permission and consent to the jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts of the State of California for purposes of such actions.
